Security

Effective Date: August 17, 2026 • Last Updated: August 17, 2026

1. What we protect — and what we do not hold

Valmeme LLC operates DiamondX, DXFI, and DX Stream. We do not custody user funds, seed phrases, or private keys. Trades settle on Orderly Network from a wallet you control. If you lose your keys, we cannot recover the account.

This page describes how we protect the systems we run. It is not a guarantee, not an audit report, and not a SOC 2 or other certification.

2. Practices we use

  • TLS for traffic to our public sites and APIs
  • Access-controlled production hosts and databases
  • Least-privilege access for people who operate production
  • Application logs used to detect abuse and recover from failures
  • Secrets kept out of public repositories

Processors that store or transmit data for us are listed on the Subprocessors page.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Protect your wallet, device, and seed phrase
  • Review orders and positions on the exchange, not only in our UI
  • Treat unexpected signature or login prompts as hostile
  • If you use DXFI, keep membership and bot credentials to yourself and deactivate the bot if you stop using it

4. Incidents

If you believe you found a vulnerability or that your account was misused through our Services, email info@valmeme.com with the subject “Security.”

If we confirm an incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you using the contact we have, or by a notice on the Service, without undue delay, and we will notify regulators when required.

5. What we do not claim

We do not claim that the Services are free of bugs, that automation cannot fail, or that we hold a SOC 2, ISO, or similar attestation. Third-party reviews, if we commission them later, will be described only after they exist.
