Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2026 • Last Updated: August 17, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Valmeme LLC (“Valmeme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use DiamondX-branded services, including:
- the DiamondX marketing site at diamondx.exchange
- the trading frontend at trade.diamondx.exchange
- DXFI copy-trading and membership at dxfi.diamondx.exchange
- DX Stream at stream.diamondx.exchange
Together, these are the “Services.” DiamondX is a brand of Valmeme LLC. We do not hold your funds or private keys. Trading settlement runs on Orderly Network. Wallets, payment rails, and Discord remain third-party services with their own policies.

2. What this policy does not cover
This policy does not govern Orderly Network, wallet providers, payment processors, Discord, blockchain networks, or other sites we link to. On-chain data is public and we cannot delete it. If you connect a wallet or pay through a third party, that provider may collect information we never receive.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Services. We do collect personal information when you use them. We do not collect seed phrases or private keys.
3.1 Wallet and trading data
- Wallet addresses you connect
- Orderly account identifiers created or linked through DiamondX
- Orders, positions, and fills we need to display or automate
- Public blockchain records associated with those addresses
3.2 DXFI membership and automation
- Membership tier and status (for example Plus or Premium)
- Payment-provider references from Whop or MoonPay (we do not store full card numbers)
- Whether a Premium VAL-hold check passed, if that gate is enabled
- Bot credential metadata used to place and manage orders on your Orderly account (not your seed phrase)
- Signal-delivery and automation logs (what was sent, whether it placed, errors)
3.3 DX Stream
- Account or session identifiers if you sign in
- Watch progress and content-access records needed to deliver videos
- Support messages you send about Stream
3.4 Technical and support data
- IP address, browser, device, and request logs
- Approximate location derived from IP (not a precise GPS fix)
- Theme or similar preferences stored in your browser (for example localStorage)
- Email address and message content if you write to us
IP addresses are personal data. We do not treat them as anonymized.
4. How we use information
- Provide trading UI, DXFI automation, memberships, and Stream access
- Place, amend, and cancel orders you authorized through DXFI
- Process memberships through payment partners
- Secure the Services, prevent abuse, and debug failures
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law, including sanctions screening if required
- Improve reliability of the Services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on the Services today.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential storage only: session state, wallet-connect state, and display preferences such as theme. These are required for the site to work. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. You can clear site data in your browser; some features may stop working until you connect again.
6. Who we share information with
We share information with processors who help us run the Services, and only as needed for that purpose. The current list is on our Subprocessors page. Categories include:
- Trading and settlement infrastructure (Orderly Network)
- Hosting and infrastructure (Hostinger and related compute)
- Application databases (PlanetScale)
- Membership payments (Whop, MoonPay)
- Community and signal delivery (Discord)
- Wallet software you choose (for example Phantom, MetaMask, Solflare)
- Blockchain RPC providers when we read public chain state
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the Services, or in a merger or sale of the business, with notice where required.
7. Retention
- Account, membership, and automation logs: while you use the Services and for a limited period afterward for security, disputes, and legal holds
- Support email: until the request is closed, then as needed for our records
- Server logs: a rolling operational window unless a security investigation requires longer
- On-chain data: public and permanent; we cannot erase it
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, access-controlled production hosts, and least-privilege access to systems that store member or trading state. We do not custody your keys. You are responsible for wallet security. Details are on our Security page.
If we confirm an incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you at the contact we have on file, or by a Service notice, without undue delay, and we will notify regulators when the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Florida and, where applicable, other U.S. state privacy laws or GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information we can delete (not on-chain data)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Port data we hold in a usable format
- Appeal a denial of a request, where the law provides that right
Email info@valmeme.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We will verify the request and respond within 45 days, or sooner if a shorter period applies. We may need your wallet address or membership email to find your records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. International processing
We and our processors may handle information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Services from elsewhere, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Children
The Services are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, email info@valmeme.com and we will delete what we can.
12. Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the Last Updated date. Material changes will stay visible on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where the law requires a different consent.
